I have just started getting into this and it seems there is a Zero Point System out there already. Why is it only being used in one small village in Europe?
Tesla was on to it, Ed Leedskalnin was and so was Henry T Mooray just to name a few. I think Ed probably knew what the key was and the others only knew some inefficient ways to tap this power.

I also think the large stone buildings (pyramids etc..) built by ancient civilizations are key to harnessing the negative energy derived from this source.
